Pastor Todd Stewart began serving at FBC Saks in 2017. Todd has served churches in Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama. Todd has earned degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Todd is married to Alisa, who serves as the Kid's Min Director at FBC Saks. They have two children: Tyler and Madison. Todd and Alisa welcomed their first grandchild in 2021, Whitlee! Todd enjoys preaching and teaching the Word of God and fellowshipping with God’s people. Todd has served as a pastor for 28 years. When not working, Todd enjoys Mississippi State baseball, SEC Football, and spending time with family.

David C. Gilmore
David C. Gilmore is an ordained Minister with over 43 years of ministry. He has served churches in the areas of Music, Youth, Singles, Senior Adults, and Outreach. David is the author of the devotion book “Not Now, Lord! I’m Eating lunch!, and he enjoys speaking to groups on behalf of his book.
David served 12 years on our local school board, and also has been active in local non profit work. He and his wife Donna live in Saks. Together they have 5 children and a house full of grandchildren. David began his ministry here at First Baptist Church Saks in February of 2021.
Kid's Min Director
Alisa has served as Children’s Ministry Director at FBC Saks since 2017. She is married to Todd Stewart, Lead Pastor at FBC Saks. Alisa and Todd have 2 children and one grandchild. Alisa and Todd are from Mississippi, but they have served in ministry together for over 28 years all over the southeast. Alisa has worked in Children’s Ministry and Women’s ministry. Alisa earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Mississippi College, Clinton, MS. Alisa’s gifts are administration and teaching. She loves watching people come to know, love, and serve Jesus!

Chris began serving as the Interim Student Minister in February 2022. Chris is a member at FBC Saks, and he regularly serves in the Student Ministry and Music Ministry. Previously, Chris has served as the Jr. High director and Interim Student Minister. Chris is married to Amy and they have three children: Kaylee, Brynne, and Brock.
